Questions
Good to know
How often should a lot be restriped?
Usually every one to two years. Lots with heavy traffic or snowplows wear faster.
How often should I sealcoat?
Every two to three years for most Utah lots, with crack filling in between.
Do you work nights and weekends?
Yes. Most commercial lots are done when they're empty so your business isn't interrupted.
Do I have to close my whole lot?
No. We can work in sections so part of the lot stays open.
How long until cars can drive on it?
Fresh striping paint dries in under an hour in good weather. New sealcoat needs about 24 hours before traffic.
When is the season?
Striping and sealcoating need warm, dry weather, so in Utah we work roughly April through early October. Crack filling can run later into fall.
